US Approves Sale Of Javelin Anti-Tank Missiles To Ukraine

March 2, 2018

Ukraine is on the verge of obtaining 210 Javelin anti-tank missiles and 37 launch units from the US for a price of $47 Million, according to the Financial Times.

The missiles represent a serious escalation in the proxy war being fought between the US and Russia in eastern Ukraine.

The proxy war started after the 2014 US-backed coup which overthrew the democratically elected president of Ukraine, Viktor Yanukovych.

The coup was hatched by then-US Assistant Secretary of State for European and Eurasian affairs, Victoria Nuland, as evidenced by her leaked phone call with the US ambassador to Ukraine planning the coup (SEE VIDEO BELOW) .
